Fall Harvest and Music Fest X: Homecoming MyRuralRadio hosts tenth edition of popular fall music event at Naylor For IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Stewartstown)--What started a decade ago as a way to raise a few bucks to help keep an Internet radio station running and raise money for charity has become a southern York County fall tradition. This year celebrates ten years of music, charity, and community at Naylor Wine Cellars with Fall Harvest and Music Fest X: Homecoming on Sept. 29.

In keeping with our homecoming theme, some of our favorite acts of the past ten years will join first-time performers on two stages for continuous music. Gates open at 11:30. Acts will include Jessica Smucker, Lucille and the Wolf, Buzzard Luck, Son of Jane, Johnny Mainstream, Dylan Jane, High Point Ramblers, The Steven Courtney Band, Matt Wheeler, and Barn Cat. Fireworks close out the daylight events just after dark.

“For folks who have been to our events before, this is going to feel indeed like a homecoming,” said chairman and program director Michael Males. “We’ve invited some of the biggest acts we’ve had, the ones people always ask when we’re going to have again. Lot’s of folks became fans of these acts because of one of our events. We’re happy to keep that tradition alive.”

In addition to the music, Liam Laugherty will provide crowd-pleasing magic, Bald Hills Distillery will be hosting moonshine tastings, and Naylor Wine Cellars will hold old-fashioned grape stomping sessions throughout the day. Kids can enjoy hayrides, pony rides, and face painting.

And what would a fall festival be without food and drink? As Fall Fest-goers have come to expect there will be craft vendors as well as ample food and drink for sale all day, including beer and wine. Proceeds from FallFest X will benefit H.O.P.E. for Cancer Patients, Friendship Outreach International, and the Hopewell Fish and Game Association Youth Education Fund.

Admission: $15 per person. Kids under 15 are FREE!

Discount: Dust off that tux or astronaut costume. Show up in Homecoming attire or a Sci-Fi themed costume and get $5 off your admission.
